  I am a new patient to the practice and I have to say I am pleased with the physician so far, however, MOST of the staff are VERY unprofessional and rude. They lost my new patient paperwork so I had to fill it out twice and it's pretty lengthy. But I have to say that the "medical assistants" are the worst. They dress unprofessional and speak to you as if they are annoyed that they have to ask you 5 questions and take your blood pressure using the machine. Even though I am a new patient I had stopped by the office a few times prior to my new patient appointment to check the status of my medical records a being transferred and that's how I found out someone lost it. When I stopped in there a second time to check the status the receptionist was extremely rude and refused to listen to my question, let alone answer my question about my records. She and another receptionist wanted to get me out of the office because they were ready to leave for the day, even though their doors were open and there were 2 other patients waiting to check out. So seeing as how I was treated before being an actual patient, I'm to assume that the staff will continue to show a lack of professionalism. But as stated earlier, Dr. Craig was very nice and she took a lot of time with me and she seems very thorough.
